Croft Ryu is the Alpine Representative for the Al Francis Karate Organization (A.F.K.O.). The Ryu provides martial arts instruction in a style known as Ju-Kwan Do: a mix of Tae-Kwon Do, Hapkido, freestyle karate and submissions.
Meet the StaffShihan Allen Croft - 7th Dan in JuKwan Do. Shihan Croft has earned several achievements, including 1995 State Champion of T.A.C.K.A Kickboxing, and 1997 Kickboxing Champion of A.F.K.O. He is studied in Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Hapkido, Kickboxing, Jujitsu, Mut Thai, and Boxing. His teacher? Al Francis, 10th degree black belt, ranked 8th in the world (Karate).
